YouthWorks Program Leader
Whitelock Community Farm is seeking a dynamic individual to act as a Program Leader for our YouthWorks programs this season. This person will work alongside the farm’s Program Manager to co-lead farmer trainings, educational activities, field trips and group discussions. They will be exposed to a broad range of activities that go into establishing a community farm as a neighborhood institution. They will also become familiar with sustainable growing practices through hands-on experience.
This is a seasonal part-time position that starts June 19th and ends July 31st.
The Program Leader will work 30 hours per week for 6 weeks. Requires availability Monday through Friday.

YOUTHWORKS NUTRITION EDUCATOR
Whitelock Community Farm is seeking a dynamic individual to act as a Cooking + Nutrition Educator for the YouthWorks programs this season. The position will work alongside each farm’s Program Leaders to build nutrition knowledge and cooking skills into the program. Applicants should have experience in nutrition education and/or culinary education, but do not necessarily have to have experience in both.
This is a paid internship.
The Cooking + Nutrition Educators will create and facilitate two nutrition-based cooking lessons per week during the 5 week program, and participate in our culminating event on July 28th.
