Community Supported Agriculture

June 6, 2020 - November 14, 2020 pick up Wednesdays 5 pm - 7pm Saturdays 10am - 1 pm.

All CSA paid members will have access to the Cooler with labeled boxes for transfer to personal bag for transport.

A sanitizing station will be outside the Cooler, please use each time entering and exiting.

A CSA has become a popular way for customers to buy seasonal, local produce directly from their farmer. 

Customers pay at the beginning of the season for 22 weeks of seasonal produce! This upfront payment helps the farmer buy seeds and materials for the season and in returncustomers get a weekly share of fresh, local, seasonal produce.

Our CSA consists of nutritious produce grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides.  

Our Share:

Our CSA runs for 22 weeks from June-November and consists of 5-7 Items plus an Herb per week.
The Whitelock pickup site will not host a trade box of produce this year. Current Physical Distance Requirements the farm will continue to practice Food Safety Guidelines and extra precautions to maintain the Health and Safety of the Community.
Weekly shares example: one bunch of carrots, one bunch kale, 1/2 pound of arugula, one pint of cherry tomatoes, one bunch of scallions, 3 summer squash, one bunch of basil and one bunch of beets

Members will also receive weekly share announcements the day before pickup, including recipes, preservation/storage techniques, farm events and more! 

Our members are a valued part of our community and are always invited to our potlucks, volunteer days and events!

Pricing:

single share is $450 = $20.45 per week

monthly payment plans are also available upon request
(monthly plans are $50 downpayment
and $80/month June-November)

Whitelock Community Farm offers a reduced rate and payment plan for those qualifying for federal food assistance such as SNAP (EBT) and WIC.

For benefits participants:
single share is $360 = $16.36 per week

Pick up:

Wednesdays 5-7pm at the Farm
this is also an open volunteer time.

Saturdays 10am-1pm at the Farm
This pick up is during our weekly farm stand. Members have the opportunity to purchase additional produce.
