Join us for our Fourth Annual Preservation Workshop from 5:30-7:30 on Thursday August 31st!
This year we've got a great line up of instructors, who will be sharing recipes and resources for making juices, jams, sauces, quick pickles, and ferments!
There will be four demos with samples, two hands-on activities, and a take home instructional booklet with recipes. Each participant will have the opportunity to make and take home a small jar of pickles and kraut.
