Saturdays 11am-12:30 pm in the park at the corner of Whitelock + Brookfield
This class will involved low to mid intensity movements and static holds.
All calisthenics, using our bodies to strengthen our bodies, so all you’ll need to bring is yourself, some water & good intentions.
