BOK CHOY
Ginger Bok Choy
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
8 cups bok choy, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
2 Add garlic & ginger. Cook 1 min.
3 Add bok choy and soy sauce.
4 Cook 3–5 minutes, until wilted and tender.
5 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6 Serve over jasmine rice.
